Situated in the heart of downtown Calgary, and with mindful living at its core, The Hat 7th Avenue breeds convenience, access, and ease. Located in the free-fare zone, tenants are encouraged to shrink their carbon footprint by driving less and exploring more. Being at the epicentre of Calgary’s thriving art and culture scene presented a unique opportunity to support and promote local artists. The side of the building features a commissioned graffiti piece by Calgary’s very own Sergey Ryutink and Alex Kwong.
