Hat at Elbow River is a capstone project that revitalizes downtown Calgary. This redevelopment fosters a micro-community at the edge of the river. Three towers are connected with a podium in the middle, crafting a network of interactive indoor and outdoor amenities, including a shopping mall, running track, and dog park. Striving for inclusivity, 14 units in phase A are affordable, creating space for diversity and kinship.
