Solis at Giroux
Solis at Giroux is a refreshing development located on the North end of St. Albert in the centre of the up-and-coming Ville Giroux project. The approved City of St. Albert Master Park Plan includes four neighbourhood parks: Versailles and Vandelor to the east, and two as yet to be named neighbourhood parks in the west. Solis at Giroux was intentionally placed at the heart and centre of this new park system with the all-encompassing mission of offering an attainable housing model. Solis at Giroux is made up of two low-rise apartment buildings that offer secure underground parking, in-unit laundry, a fitness room, and purposefully designed finishes in each suite.
